Spotify (iOS Version 8.7.14.807) wants to take that connection a step further by accompanying all users in their daily activities. It already has some basic features, such as playlist recommendations, listening on, and an activity feed. However, much more can be done, the aim of this initiative is to determine how best to move forward in that direction, and to provide Spotify with a prototype of features that can be seamlessly integrated within the app to get more user satisfaction.

Improve the time spent listening (MAU / Monthly Active Users).
Increase the average amount of Monthly Active Users (MAU defined as the average amount of time per unique user ID spent listening to audio content per month) from 490 minutes to 540 minutes.

At this stage, the primary goal is to fully empathize with both parties, understand the business as a whole, and get to know the Spotify user community. To accomplish this goal, the application must be audited for audit applications and the UX Research process must be used as a form of follow-up (benchmarking with competitors and user flow contextualization methods).
Following a research analysis, a heuristic evaluation in the form of an application audit is required. This will aid in the process of developing a better understanding of the application's architecture, hierarchy, and content, as it is critical to consider how new features can be incorporated into the design.

User flow contextualization is a method for conducting user research in order to create something that users truly require and has a positive impact on the business through critical analysis in the form of presumptions.
It is expected that by using this method, it will be possible to gain some insight into the needs or pain points of users, which is frequently encountered is that Spotify users usually do activities in the form of sharing something from Spotify on social media. Following that, more assumptions were made in order to learn what users think of Spotify. Are there any issues with Spotify? What is it that Spotify users desperately need but can't seem to find?
